At Deep Waters Therapy, we believe no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone — and that includes our team. We are building a practice where clinicians feel supported, connected, and empowered to do the work they love. If you are passionate about providing evidence-based care, open to integrating faith into sessions, and eager to grow alongside a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
Deep Waters Therapy is seeking part-time or full-time therapists to join our growing practice. This position offers flexibility to work in-person at our Frisco office, fully remote (virtual sessions), or a hybrid of both. We welcome clinicians with diverse specialties — whether your passion is working with teens, adults, couples, or families, there is room to build a caseload that reflects your passions.
Therapists at Deep Waters Therapy provide evidence-based care in a supportive, collaborative, and faith-integrated environment. You’ll be expected to manage your caseload, contribute to marketing efforts, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client care.
