Deep Waters Therapy is seeking part-time or full-time therapists to join our growing practice. This position offers flexibility to work in-person at our Frisco office, fully remote (virtual sessions), or a hybrid of both. We welcome clinicians with diverse specialties — whether your passion is working with teens, adults, couples, or families, there is room to build a caseload that reflects your passions.

  • A master’s degree in a counseling-related field.

  • Active licensure in Texas: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or equivalent (associates must have supervision in place).

  • Commitment to providing evidence-based, ethical, and compassionate care.

  • Openness to integrating Christian faith into therapy when clients desire.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to be a supportive team player.

  • Motivation to contribute to marketing efforts to help build your caseload.
